In 2008 Financial Times magazine presented the Municipality of Indjija with an award and placed it in on the list of the top 25 Europian destinations for foreign investments.
Inđija Municipality was also declared the secound best destination in Europe at the beginning of March 2012 as part of the Europian Cities and Regions of the Future contest.

In 2013. municipality of Indjija has been rewarded by Europian movement for open and transparent work of the local administration.
