Decade of functioning "System 48" in Indjija municipality has passed. This kind of communication between citizens on the one hand and public enterprises and local governments on the other hand, is applied since 2003 in Indjija.

Since then a thousands of requests and concerns of the citizens of the entire municipality of Indjija was resolved.

"System 48" is designed primarily to improve the communication between citizens, public enterprises and local governments. Via a number 022/55-55-88, email or SMS, over the past 10 years over 50 thousand requests of citizens was received, held over 530 meetings, and the percentage of requests successfully resolved is over 90%.

Over the past decade, across the region and Europe, many were acquainted with this type of communication. In the future activities will be on improving the "System 48".
