Deputy Prime Minister of Vojvodina and longtime mayor of Indjija Goran Jesic was in Washington. Because of his extensive experience in the organization and reform of state institutions, Goran Jesic, as one of the keynote speakers participated in the Forum of the World Bank, which is devoted to the topic of efficient public administration and anti-corruption policy.
During his lecture, taking as an example the reforms that have been implemented in Indjija said that systemic reforms and the use of new technologies (e-government system 48, electronic sessions ...), and innovation in the work (service department, GIS ...) in Indjija produced a reduction in corruption in the public sector, the large increase in the efficiency of local government and the accelerated development of the municipality, which is now one of the most developed in Serbia.
Forum has once again brought together a number of statesmen of the highest rank, and has a high political importance. It aims to improve operations from the corresponding public or public administration and anti-corruption policy as a prerequisite for efficient administration.
