Today Indjija Mayor has attended the opening of the reconstructed and adapted hydrotherapeutic section of the special hospital for neurological diseases and post-traumatic conditions "Dr Borivoje Gnjatić" in the Stari Slankamen. On that occasion, the President of the Provincial Government prof. Dr. Bojan Pajtic officially opened the new block.

Reconstruction of hydrotherapeutic section was financed with funds from the Provincial Department of Health, Social Policy and Demography in amount of 35 million dinars. Total value of works and equipment procured by public tender is around 41 million dinars, so that the difference of about 6 million was provided by this health facility.
