At the 26th international real estate fair MIPIM in Cannes, Fashion Park Outlet Center won the award for the best outlet center in Southeast Europe. The award was received by Djura Stanic, CEO BlackOak Developments owner of  Outlet Indjija.

Fashion Park Outlet was opened in April 2012. The total investment is about 40 million euros in its construction has so far invested 25 million euros. It currently employs about 500 people and covers an area of 15,000 m2.
